Privacy Policy
The short version: DebtSprint does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter is stored only on your device and never leaves it. We have no servers storing your financial information.
1. Overview
DebtSprint ("the App", "we", "our") is a personal debt payoff planning and tracking application for iOS. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with your use of DebtSprint.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Because DebtSprint operates entirely offline and does not require an account, we have designed the App to collect as little information as possible.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
DebtSprint does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
- Bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or financial account credentials
- Social Security numbers or government-issued identifiers
- Location data
- Device identifiers used for tracking across apps
- Usage analytics, crash reports, or behavioral data sent to external servers
- Any information shared with third parties for advertising purposes
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
DebtSprint stores the following information locally on your device only, using your device's on-device storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party:
- Debt names, balances, interest rates, and minimum payments you enter manually
- Payment history and payment logs you record within the app
- Your selected payoff strategy (Avalanche or Snowball)

This data exists solely on your device. It is removed when you delete the App. We have no ability to access, recover, or restore this information.
4. No Account Required
DebtSprint does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or log in with any third-party service. The App functions fully offline without any network connection.
5. Third-Party Services
DebtSprint does not integrate with any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers. The App does not use:
- Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar analytics platforms
- Facebook SDK or other social media tracking
- Crash reporting services that transmit device data externally
- In-app advertising networks
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data as part of App Store distribution in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. This data collection is governed by Apple and is separate from DebtSprint.
6. Children's Privacy
DebtSprint is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
7. Data Security
Because all data is stored locally on your device and we do not transmit any information to external servers, the security of your data is primarily governed by your device's security features (such as device passcode, Face ID, and Touch ID). We encourage you to use these security features to protect your device.
8. Data Deletion
You can delete all data stored by DebtSprint at any time by:
- Deleting individual debts or payment records within the App
- Uninstalling the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data
Because we do not store your data on any server, there is no account to delete and no request you need to submit to us.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the App. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
